Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our items, we cannot offer returns.Â
- For lost, damaged or stolen packages, if you had Route on your order, please file a claim directly through route, https://claims.route.com/.
- If you did not have Route on your order, please notify us via email to ashlasknots@gmail.com with photos of defects or damages, within 5 days of delivery of your order, to discuss next steps.
For Boutique Items
Boutique items will have a return window of 2 weeks from date of delivery. Should you wish to return your boutique item for a refund:
1. Please email ashlasknots@gmail.com with your Order Number and return request reason to receive return authorization. Once approved for return, you will be given the address to which to return your item. Upon receipt of your item(s) is new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed state, your refund will be processed.
